GNA University’s Aerospace Student Kajal Selected in National Aerospace Laboratory

Phagwara (The Stellar News): The student of Aerospace Engineering at GNA University had another feather in the cap by making it happen at CSIR-NAL-Bengaluru. Ms. KAJAL, a student of  B.Tech (Aerospace Engineering) from batch 2016-2020 got selected in CSIR-NAL (National Aerospace Laboratory) , Bengaluru, India. Kajal is selected on the status quo of a Project Associate and working on Tejas light combat aircraft related project.

Ms. Kajal accomplished her B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Vikrant Sharma (Dean, Faculty of Engineering) and Mr. Harikrishna Chavhan (Assistant Professor and Coordinator, Department of Aerospace Engineering, GNA University). During the Bachelors degree, she got an opportunity to do the internship in ISRO-U R Rao Satellite Centre, Bengaluru, India.  

Ms. Kajal was enrolled in NPTEL program under university in which she has been topper in the subject of Aircraft Stability and control and achieved the Gold Medal award from NPTEL which further helped her to increase her existing knowledge and skill. From the very commencement of her Graduation degree, she was interested in Aerospace Propulsion and also worked on R-25 aircraft engine which is available in the University campus of Aerospace Propulsion laboratory.

S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, the Pro-Chancellor, GNA University congratulated her and the whole team of Engineering for this magnificent achievement and expressed, “Such is the power of quality education @ GNA University where genius’ like Ms. Kajal are produced.”
