Jammu/Poonch (The Stellar News): Police here in Poonch district have arrested a man for selling two different cars with same registration number to two different buyers.
Senior Superintendent of Police Poonch Ramesh Angral said that based upon a specific information, police party of police station Poonch arrested one person namely Mohammad saleem son of Munir Hussain resident of Chunga Mendhar who had sold two maruti cars to two different buyers that too without documents with both the cars are having same colour and same number plates.
” Police have recovered both the cars which have been seized.” added SSP.He said that taking note of this crime, a case FIR No 183/2020 under section 420 IPC has been registered against the said person in Police Station Poonch and further investigation is going on.
