phagwara (The Stellar News): GNA University organized a skilful Guest Lecture on Assured Career in Banking Industry for the students of Management. The main objective behind holding this guest lecture was to make the studentsaware about career opportunities in branch banking and how the horizons of banking are expanding in the present world. Mr. Gursimran Singh, MD and Founder, Institute of Professional Banking, Mohali was the Resource person for the day.The Guest Lecture commenced with the welcoming of the resource person by Ms. Neetu Mahendru, Assistant Professor, GNA Business School and then was taken over by the revered guest speaker Mr.Gursimran Singh.
The Resource person covered different topics extensively stressing mainly upon banking industry and its various verticals. He also shared the various job profiles for the students in banking industry. He also guided the students about the various banking modules. The session was a fruitful one where in students were enthusiastic about the career in banking industry and asked many questions from the resource person.
