Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Former IPS Kiran Bedi gave his views and clearly claimed that a planned conspiracy. Bedi alleged that, “The very first security breach was absence of DGP. State home minister and home secretary were also not present. Even the district collector was absent. Was breach a pre-planned conspiracy? It’s clear case of ambush of the PM”.
