Hoshiarpur (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: On Saturday, DC orders were tossed in the Hoshiarpur district as ‘China Dor’ is used and sell on large scale. Despite of the strict orders by the administration, vendors openly sold ‘China Dor’ to make big profits.
Few days back Hoshiarpur administration has clearly ordered the restriction on selling and usage of ‘china dor’. But the poor implementation has raised question on the working of administration.
This has now become a tradition of tossing the administration order on ‘Vasant Panchmi’. The Negligence of administration over the implementation of rules can be seen very clearly on the day.
Many accidents were also recorded on the day where people got severe injuries amid the ‘China Dor’. A resident of mohalla kamalpur named Neeraj Vohra was also got injured because of ‘plastic dor’.
The scenes of kite flying in the whole district cleared that administration failed in taking actions against the sellers and also failed in securing the lives of people.
