5 animals rescued as police foils smuggling bids in Rajouri

J&K/Rajouri (The Stellar News), Anil Bhardwaj: Jammu and Kashmir police in Rajouri rescued five animals from the clutches of smugglers while foiling bovine smuggling bids in Rajouri area. Police said that a team of Rajouri police headed by ICPP Chatyar Chingus, PSI Sahil Chowdhary under the supervision of SHO Rajouri Fareed Ahmed during naka checking intercepted one Mahindra loaded with five animals without any valid permission. The vehicle was on way from Rajouri towards Buffliaz. Taking action in the matter, case in FIR 173/2022, U/S 188 IPC, 11 PCA Act have been registered. The vehicle bearing registration numbers JK11B 8284 have been seized.
