Delhi (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Calcutta High Court ordered Court monitored CBI probe into rape and murder cases during the West Bengal’s Post Poll violence and HC also asked for a report from Central Agency by six weeks.

State Government has asked to handover all the documents and records to the investigating agencies. High court stated that, “In case, the state is not acting properly, it will be viewed seriously”.
High Court also ordered to set up a SIT for investigation into other offences. In this senior officers from west Bengal cadre will be part of the special team.
