Delhi (The Stellar News): Being a farmer is a matter of pride so is being son of farmer, I am one. Farmers are backbone of our country’s is economy and they contribute tirelessly painstakingly 27×7. Salutations to them! Our economy now is the 5th largest in the world and the farmers’ contribution is immense.
Boys and girls, this contribution of the farmer will get incremental with your contribution. You will change the landscape of agriculture, you will change the landscape of agriculture economy, you will change the landscape of agriculture marketing, you will change the landscape of value addition to agriculture produce, and therefore a bright future awaits you in Bharat in AmritKaal.
You are major stakeholders and most impactful foot soldiers to make Bharat Viksit @2047. You are the soldiers and I have no doubt, I am full of hope optimism and confidence, you will do it.
If the farmer is happy the nation is happy. Look at the immense pride of contribution of the farmers that since April, 2020, over 800 million people of this country are being fed, have been afforded food security and honourable Prime Minister has indicated for next 5 years also. Because there was a time when we had to import wheat now our farmer are so competent and capable
From this stand I would indicate to my young friends, boys and girls, you have to start a new chapter in agriculture economy. Agriculture produce happens to be the greatest market area. I would appeal to you to be influencers, inspire our farmers, their children should take to marketing of agriculture produces. If the farmer will be involved in the marketing of agriculture produce, farmer’s children will not be looking for the employment, instead they will be giving employment.
When I look around, very talented people from IIT, IIM top senior services are getting into marketing of milk, vegetables, organic grains. Why not the son of farmers, children of the farmers who are trained to deal with it right from their birth? They must get into it. We must learn add value to the agricultural produce.
आज के दिन हालत यह है कि किसान दूध, दही, ज्यादा से ज्यादा छाछ, सब्जी और कृषि उत्पादों तक सीमित हैं। इनके जो वैल्यू एडिक्शन होते हैं, वह किसान नहीं कर रहे हैं। इसकी शुरुआत यहां से होनी चाहिए।
इतना बदलाव आ गया है कि Drone टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग किसान का परिवार करे, सरकार ने सार्थक कदम उठाया है। But your need trained minds, discerning minds, extremely qualified minds to motivate society to do it, and that category is before me. You, boys and girls, have enormous potential. If you will look at the government policies, engage into startups, form clusters, take advantage of new cooperative mechanism and policies. You engage massively in warehousing.
भारत जो बदल रहा है। काफी गति से बदल रहा है आपके सहयोग की वजह से यह रफ्तार और तेज होगी।
Agriculture to the farmer is not a profession, agriculture to farmer is not a matter of livelihood, agriculture to the farmer is to make contribution to the society. क्योंकि जो अन्न देता है आपको, वह अन्नदाता होता है। We must always salute our farmers, we have to motivate our farmers. They are already adapting it and I am extremely happy and delighted that when the government started scheme PM KisanNidhi, one challenge was how the farmers receive money direct in their account? I am happy to inform that that more than 110 million farmers in the country are getting that money in their accounts three times in a year. It is a matter of pride for me not because the government is capable of doing it, but the farmers is capable of receiving it and that’s the big change.
When we take to other challenges such as ecology, climate change, I will appeal to every farmer in the country that they should engages in massive plantations, the farmers must grow vegetables in their backyard, the farmers must get technologically upgraded and the farmers must look to new sources of energy. I am delighted when I go countryside and find solar energy being harvested by the farmers extensively. It is the farmer who has to convey the message to the world – conserve water. As farmers conserve water by utilizing it optimally.
Boys and girls, let me tell you… तीन बातें जो भारत को पूरी तरह बदल चुकी हैं। हमारी सोच बदल गयी है। अब हम दुनिया में किसी के मोहताज नहीं हैं, हमने हमारी 5000 साल पुरानी संस्कृति को हमारे सामने रख दिया है। दुनिया ने उसे पहचान लिया है और यही कारण है कि आज का भारत जिस विकास से आगे जा रहे है दुनिया की संस्थाएं क्या कह रही हैं – India is the shining star in global economy. It is the fastest growing large economy in the world today.
जिन देशों को हम देखते थे, हमारे सपने में वे आते थे… क्या कभी कनाडा, यूके, फ्रांस, जर्मनी, जापान, अमेरिका… वैसी व्यवस्था हमारी होगी। आज यह जमीनी हकीकत है, इसमें सबका प्रयास है। Every Bharatiya has contributed into it and the government policies have catalysed it. We are world reader in several aspects.
हमारे लोगों ने जिस तरह से टेक्नोलॉजी का अपनाया है, ग्रहण किया है, हमारे जीवन को सार्थक बनाया है, इतना बड़ा सम्मान का विषय है कि डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन – यूएस, यूके, फ्रांस, जर्मनी में जो 1 साल में होते हैं, हमारे भारत में उन सबको मिला दो, उससे भी चार गुना ज्यादा होते हैं। ये हमारे भारत की उपलब्धि है।
भारत की युवा शक्ति का कोई मुकाबला नहीं है। हमें कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए और आपसे खासकर आग्रह करूंगा, छत्तीसगढ़ की भूमि पर, भारतीयता हमारी पहचान है और भारतीय होने पर हमें गर्व है। We must take pride in our exponential and phenomenal growth. और मैं आपसे कहूँगा किसी भी परिस्थिति में हताश मत होइए … never fear failure. हारने के डर से, असफल होने के डर से, अगर आप किसी विचार को आगे नहीं बढ़ाएंगे, तो उसमें आपका नुक्सान कम है, समाज का ज्यादा है।
I will exhort, appeal and plead with young boys and girls, इस systematic manner के अंदर आप पता लगाइये कि भारत सरकार की कितनी नीतियाँ हैं? सहकारिता विभाग ने क्या-क्या ढांचा बना रखा है? उनमें से कुछ अगर आप बदलाव का केंद्र बनेंगे, तो गाँव में क्रांति आयेगी।
मुझे वह दिन याद है जब 1989 में, मैं लोकसभा का सदस्य बना, केंद्र में मंत्री भी बना, अमूल तब बहुत बड़ा नाम था, आज भी है। प्रोफेसर कूरियन बहुत बड़े हैं, उनको बुलाया गया। प्रोफेसर कूरियन आए, हम Lok Sabha के 4 सदस्य थे जिनसे उनका साक्षात्कार होना था। मैं था, जो डॉक्टर नाथू सिंह गुर्जर, हरीश रावत थे एक और थे वह हमसे ज्यादा प्रतिभाशाली थे नाम याद नहीं आ रहा है। अभी जब कूरियन हमें बताने लगे तो उस समय के उप-प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा वर्गीज़ कुरियन तुम बहुत बड़े साइंटिस्ट हो पर इन्होने तो जन्म ही गांव में लिया है। इनका तो पैर गोबर में रहा है, इन्होने गाय और भैंस के थन देखे हैं, इन्होंने कुएँ से पानी निकलता देखा है, खेत में धौरे देखे हैं, कुछ इनसे भी सीखो… आप सब सिखाने लायक हो।
Agriculture में जितने स्टार्टअप की संभावनाएँ हैं, I appeal to you to grab those. पैसे की कोई कमी नहीं आज की व्यवस्था में, आज नजर दौड़ाएंगे तो बड़े-बड़े उद्योग इसी मामले में जा रहे हैं… sky is not the limit for you.
आप एक काम मेरे कहने से करिये मेरी बातों पर गौर करके – You get into the groups. आप अगर चाहेंगे और Indian Parliament में ग्रुप्स में आएंगे, तो I will organise a separate event for you in parliament which will be addressed by Indian Council of Agricultural Research Scientist.
और तब आपको पता लगेगा कि सृष्टि के निर्माण में सृष्टि के विकास में- भारत के ही नहीं सृष्टि के विकास में- आपका जो योगदान होगा वह अकल्पनीय है, अप्रत्याशित होगा। और यही वजह होगी, एक प्रमुख वजह कि भारत – विकसित भारत @2047 हमारे लिए सपना नहीं है, हमारा लक्ष्य है। हम लक्ष्य की ओर तीव्रता से जा रहे हैं। हम निश्चित पहुंचेंगे और यह स्थान हजारों साल पहले हमारे देश को मिला हुआ है।
