Himachal (The Stellar News): Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary participated in webinar of Ministry of Women & Child Development, from Shimla today. The webinar was presided over by Union Minister for Women and Child Development Smriti Irani to review implementation of Centre Government schemes in various states. Union Minister expressed satisfaction over the successful implementation of various Centre Government schemes being carried out by the Department during the Covid period and also directed to initiate special derive for malnourished children in state.
During the webinar, Sarveen Chaudhary apprised the Union Minister of various schemes being implemented by the department during Covid pandemic. Minister also apprised the role of anganwadi workers in Active Case Finding Campaign and other campaigns of the State Government, during the pandemic.
SJ&E Minister also assured the Union Minister for successful implementation of all the Central Government schemes. ACS Social Justice & Empowerment Sanjay Gupta, Director WCD Kritika Kulhari and other senior officers also participated in the webinar from Shimla.
