Pathankot (The Stellar News): ADC, Sh. SubhashChanderlaunched Potential Linked Credit Plan (PLP) 2022-23 document prepared by NABARD for total projections of`1786 Crore for Pathankot district.The PLP was launched during District Consultative Committee (DCC) meeting on 13 Dec 2021. This PLP document covers the potential credit areas under the Priority sector.
ADCstressed upon the banks to increase flow of credit to the society and instructed the banks for sanctioning of loans under MSME, MUDRA, Standup India, PMSVANidhi etc.
NABARD District Development Manager Shri Manjeet Singh informed thatagriculture credit shall beincreased under investment credit so that capital formation in agriculture sector can take place.The performance of the banking sector under the Annual Credit Plan during the last financial year was also discussed during the meeting.
Shri Srikrishana Biswas, AGM RBI; Shri Sunil Dutt, Chief LDM PNB, Bankers and representatives of various departments were also present during the meeting.
