Jammu and Kashmir (The Stellar News; Anil Bhardwaj): In a statement issued by Doda Police that on the basis of specific information about bovine smuggling, a Police party led by Head Constable Shiv Charan laid a Naka and apprehended three bovine smugglers namely (1) Noor Hussain S/O Ghulam Mohd R/O Korna Tehsil and District Kishtwar and (2) Noor Mohd S/O Mussa R/O Korna Tehsil and District Kishtwar who were taking (15) bovines from Chatroo Marg Dhar to Shapurshal Dhar Dessa towards kashmir for selling purpose.
In this connection a case FIR No.09/2022 under relevant section has been registered at PS Dessa and investigation startedPertinent to mention here that under operation Kamdhenu ,Doda Police has registered number of cases against bovine smugglers and habitual smugglers have also been booked under PSA.
