Aditya Narayan was arrested for rash driving and negligence on Monday, as he hit an autorickshaw at Lokhandwala, Mumbai.

The auto driver got head injuries during the accident and he was rushed to nearby hospital for treatment. He is currently in ICU. A passenger of the auto also got leg injury.
The case has been registered against Aditya Narayan under Sections IPC 338 (Causing grievous hurt by act endangering life), IPC 279 (Rash driving or riding on a public way).
