Hoshiarpur (The Stellar News), Saksham: As Farmers protest have completed more than 100 days. Some new facts are disclosing day by day. Hundreds of farmers are living on Delhi borders and peacefully protesting against three contentious farm laws. Previously, all farmers bravely battled with body freezing Cold Winter and now fighting with rising temperatures. They are sitting on borders after sacrificing their comfort. As per the report of ZEE news, two Farm Leaders leading the farmers protest form front are living in three Star Hotel. These two leaders are Bhartiya Kisan Sabha president, Balbir Singh Rajewal and General Secretary of Jamuhari Kisan Sabha Kulwant Singh Sandhu.
ZEE news disclosed bills of hotel rooms in which both the leaders are living. Both are staying in Golden Era Hospitality limited, TDi city of Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana.
As per the bill accessed by ZEE news, Rajewal paid amount Rs1,8,382 for living in hotel from 19Dec2020 to 28Jan2021. He is still staying in same hotel but in another room. As if we calculate the total amount Rajewal have paid till 9th march, 2021 is more than 2,00,000. He is paying Rs 2500 per day in hotel. Kulwant Singh Sandhu another farm union leader also living in room no 201 of that same hotel with his son Dosanjh. He is staying from 27Dec2020 in that hotel.
Now, it’s on Farm Leaders how they will respond to this news. It’s also a matter of enquiry. Central agencies investigating matters related to farmers protest should also investigate this matter. As previously many security agencies showed apprehension of foreign funding in farmers protest. Many leaders were summoned by ED. After this Questions raised in public are, Is leaders are living in hotel rooms and if yes, than from where they got money to spend?
