Bihar (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has skipped the Niti Aayog meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised speculations over the stir between two leaders as there are reports of Kumar calling Sonia Gandhi on the same day. This was the fourth time that Bihar CM missed the event, invited by BJP led Union Government since July 17.

Niti Aayog meeting accompanied by many State Chief Ministers including Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann. While there is no official statement from Bihar CM office that why he didn’t attended the meeting.
