Three people were died and several injured in massive fire explosion in a chemical factory in Boisar-Tarapur Industrial Estate, Palghar, Maharashtra. The injured were immediately taken to nearby hospital for treatment.

The fire broke out due to massive explosion inside a boiler. The chemical factory named Ramedeo Chemicals. This incident took place around 11:40 pm last night.
The impact of boiler blast was felt in the villages in an eight-kilometre Vicinity. Six adjacent companies also effected due the fire explosion named Novaphene, Unimax, Prachi, Arti, Bharat Rasayan and Darbar, as there are chemical drums inside the companies.
Fire tenders reached on the spot to douse the flames and rescue operation is on.
