With the Suvidha Centre employees strike, under the banner of the Punjab State Suvidha Employees Union, it is the general public that has been suffering a lot to get its works done. Due to the strike, the administration had created a new log-in to open the computers and a couple of counters were opened for the convenience of the public, but these are not working to the desired level.
