Srinagar : The Jammu and Kashmir police have busted a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) module in Handwara district and arrested two militants, officials said on Monday. “A module of HM was busted in Handwara ,” a police spokesperson said. “Two militants have been arrested in this connection,” he added. The militancy-hit state has been rocked by months of unrest and stone pelting over alleged human rights abuses by security forces.
