Punjab (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Aam Aadmi Party President Arvind Kejriwal on his visit to Punjab clarified some doubts on AAP’s CM face in 2022 State elections. As other parties like SAD and BJP focused to tempt Dalit voters and announced to give eminent positions to Dalits if they will win.
He announced that, Aam Aadmi Party’s CM candidate in 2022 assembly elections will be from “Sikh community”. While addressing the press conference after including Former IAS officer Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singla who was the part of SIT made to enquire the 2015 kotkapura firing case.
Kejriwal added that, “It is the right of Sikh community and it will remain will them”. Talking about the CM face he said that, “The CM candidate will be from Sikh community and everyone will be proud of him”.
In a question by the reporter about the tussle of Navjot Singh Sidhu with congress he replied, “Navjot Singh Sidhu is a senior leader of congress and I have a great respect for him, so there should be no loose talk about him, if anything happens you will be informed first”.
