Jalandhar (The Stellar News): In the series of events organized under Frontier HQrs BSF Punjab on the occasion of upcoming 57th Raising Day of Border Security Force, visit of students to border areas and Border Out Posts of BSF were conducted at 66 / 181 Bn BSF, under Abohar Sector and 185 Bn BSF under Gurdaspur Sector. Weapons display and BSF Documentary film were also witnessed by the students and they were briefed about role & task of Force. A lecture on “Stress Management” for troops was organized at 181 Bn BSF, Abohar Sector by ‘Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan’ from Fazilka and 5 Km Run under “Fit India Movement” was
organized at 10/185 Bn BSF under Gurdaspur Sector to spread the awareness regarding physical & mental wellbeing in day-to-day life of all Seema Praharis and their families. In another event, a visit of Old Age persons from “All India Pingalwara Charitable Society (Old Age Home)” to witness retreat ceremony at JCP Attari was organized by Sector HQ Amritsar. BSF is ever committed to its duty and service to the nation.
