Ferozepur (The Stellar News): On 3rd MarcH 2022, in early hours alert Border Security Force troops observed some suspicious movement ahead of B S Fence in the AOR of Ferozepur Sector. Troops challenged and fired to stop further misadventure. The miscreant managed to flee away taking advantage of darkness. During search of the area one bag containing 05 pkts of contraband item suspected to be Heroin (Gross weight – appx 4.300 Kgs) was recovered.

Vigilant BSF troops, despite of adverse climatic conditions, once again foiled the nefarious attempts of Anti-national elements to smuggle contraband.
