Jammu (The Stellar News), Anil Bhardwaj: In compliance to the order of the Hon’ble Court of 2nd Addl. Distt & Session Judge Jammu, SHO PS Gangyal Inspr. Joginder Singh Chib along with other officials beat the drum and made announcement and attached court order at the conspicuous places of the accused person to make him and his legal heirs aware of the court order. Hon’ble Court Jammu issued a notice of proclamation against the accused person namely Kuldeep Singh @ Ladi S/o Mohinder Singh R/o Santokh Vihar, Kalu Chak, Jammu who was evading arrest in case FIR No. 116/2003 U/S 302/307/326/149/RPC of PS Gangyal. The act was done to aware the parents of the accused person of the court order so that the accused could not deny the information of the order. Further proceeding under relevant sections shall be initiated in case absconder does not surrender.
