Jammu (The Stellar News), Anil Bhardwaj: A complaint was lodged at PS Peermitha by one person namely Akhil Gupta S/o Vipan Gupta R/o Dhakki Sarajan Jammu stating that his bike bearing Registration No JK02BK 4114 was stolen near Peerkhoo main gate. On this a case FIR No. 21/2022 u/s 379 IPC got registered at PS Peermitha and investigation started. After this special police teams of PS Peermitha under the supervision of SDPO North Sharad Kalu were constituted. The team led by SHO PS Peermitha Inspr Zaheer did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally rounded up a suspect namely Shubam Dogra S/o Sham lal R/o Peermitha. During intensive questioning, accused confessed his involvement in the above case and on his disclosure stolen bike was recovered from his possession. Further investigation of the case is going on.
