J&K/Rajouri (The Stellar News): Police in Nowshera sub division in Rajouri foiled a bovine smuggling bid rescuing eleven animals.
Police said that a team headed by SHO Nowshera Rajesh Jasrotia laid a naka and intercepted a Tata mobile JK11E 0598 at Rajal Nowshera.
Eleven animals were found loaded in the vehicle which were rescued.
Accused smuggler namely Radhey Sham son of Inderjeet resident of Narian has been arrested while driver namely Farid Ahmed resident of Thalka is absconding and his manhunt is going on.
