On this occasion PM Modi said that the BJP Government do not restrict the development to the cities only but also put rural areas into consideration. He also voiced his thoughts against the ‘rivari’ culture and stated that this notion of seeking votes by offering free services is going to be a hinder in the infrastructural development as under these fake promises no new constructional projects would happen. With the improvement in law and order situation and connectivity the state can fight against all odds. He later added that with this expressway the distance between Chirakoot and Delhi will be reduced by 3 hours which will be beneficial for the travellers.
