Chandigarh: The counting of the votes for the elections for electing the Executive Committee of Punjab Youth Congress was done at Chandigarh. The voting was conducted on 9th August. There were six candidates in fray. Amarpreet Lally, Kulbir Singh Zira, Khushbaz Jatana, Deepinder Singh Randhawa, Daman Bajwa and Poonam. Former President of Hoshiarpur Youth Congress Lok Sabha, Amarpreet Lally was elected as the President of Punjab Youth Congress. He bagged 4,457 votes. Second position was bagged by Kulbir Singh Zira who got 2,825 votes. He was elected as the Vice President. Khushbaz Jatana got 1222 votes, Deepinder Singh Randhawa got 527 votes, Daman Kaur Bajwa got 377 and Punam got 220 votes.
