Tarntaran (The Stellar News): On 20th November 2023, during morning hours, on specific information regarding the presence of a drone, a Joint search operation was launched by BSF and Punjab Police on the outskirts of Village-Mehdipur, District-Tarn Taran.

2. Further, during the search operation, at about 11:40 am, a drone was recovered from the farming field adjacent to Village-Mehdipur.
3. The recovered drone is a Quadcopter (Model – DJI Matrice RTK 300, made in China).
4. Yet another attempt of smugglers to smuggle narcotics via drone was foiled by BSF and Punjab Police.
