Four persons were attested by police on Saturday night in Mohali, as they were allegedly transporting demonitised cash worth Rs.1 crore. The offenders have been identified as Prabhjot Singh, Ram Singh, Gagandeep Singh from Sangrur and Ramit Kumar from Patiala.

Police nabbed these offenders and found a bag containing old currency notes worth Rs.1 crore in car, as police got a secret information that Hyundai i-10 Manga car with Punjab registration number containing old currency notes.
The case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC and the interrogation is on.
