Delhi (The Stellar News): Harshvardhan Jain resident of Ghaziabad’s Kavi Nagar has been arrested for running a fake illegal Embassy out of his rented house , with an illusion of his lavish house his fake embassy and his luxury cars including Audi and Merc with Diplomatic number plates , Jain managed to get away from getting caught for 7 years.
He was running an Embassy for a Micronation to which he allegedly claimed to be an Ambassador of these non existent nations like West Artica , Sarborga , Poulvia and Londonia.
On Tuesday, Uttarpradesh Police’s Special task force unearthed his web of lies and arrested him for frauding people. Harshvardhan had ties with controversial godman Chadraswami , with whom he opened several companies in London.These companies were used to hide unaccounted money . He also had links with international arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi.
Jain returned to Ghaziabad after the death of Chadraswami and started his fake Embassy then he made up morphed photos with key political figures like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ex President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam to appear as a legitimate Diplomat.This is not the first time that Harshvardhan has got caught doing illegal activities, back in 2011 he was found with illegal Satellite Phone.
Behind all the fake Illegal Embassy scandal was a Hawala Racket which included brokering deals for companies and individuals to work abroad through Shell Companies. His Racket promised people and companies to get work overseas only to Cheat them and gain money. He used fake Diplomat persona to win people’s trust and then cheat them with Fraudulant Jobs.
The raid at Harshvardhan’s residence revealed possession of Forged documents , Foreign currency. The Special Task Force Noida found over 44 Lakh in cash and foreign currency from several countries. Four vehicles with Diplomatic number plates along with 12 Passports of Micronations , Fake documents stamped with the seal of the Ministry of External Affairs, two forged PAN cards, 34 rubber stamps of various countries and companies and two fake press cards were seized.
