Punjab (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Navjot Singh Sidhu addressing the Congress workers and Senior leaders of the Party on the occasion of his coronation ceremony loud his voice in his style. In his shayari style, leaving behind all the differences between the Party leaders, he clearly called his presidency as a solution of all the Punjab issues.
After a prolonged time of differences with the Punjab CM, Navjot singh sidhu and Capt Amarinder Singh shared a single stage.
Sidhu in his speech, he uproar the issue of Farmers agitation, doctors agitating on roads for their demands, ETT teachers agitating for their rights and raised the issue of sacrilege cases. He declared his presidency as the hope of solution of all these issues and added that Punjab is questioning to those who sold the country.
He also said that, “I will work shoulder-to-shoulder with you. I have no ego…The Congress is united today, contrary to what our opposition is saying,” by now well-known, aggressive style. Adding his statement that, his only mission is that Punjab will succeed.
Referring to the acute power crisis in the state, Mr Sidhu said, “Why should we buy electricity for 18 rupees? What kind of compromise will be revealed? Why not this theft be caught?”
