Punjab (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Punjab Advocate general Amarpreet Singh Deol (APS) has resigned from his post. He was recently appointed on the position after Charanjit Singh Channi sworn as Punjab CM.

His appointment as Advocate general was always in discussions as he had fought for the Former Punjab DGP Sumedh Singh Saini accused in money laundering case.
Just after his appointment the Punjab Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu was the first one who indirectly condemned the action and showed his anger by giving resign from his post which later rejected by party high command.
