Introduced to ice hockey at SECMOL, Rigzin has been actively coaching children since 2019, both in her own village and across Ladakh. Despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, she has continued to spread her passion and knowledge of the game to younger generations.

The international camp not only helped her gain advanced skills and coaching techniques but also provided her with global exposure and experience. Rigzin now looks forward to applying these learnings with her young players, helping them grow and inspiring their love for ice hockey.

Her journey from a remote village to an international platform stands as a true inspiration for aspiring players and coaches in Ladakh, highlighting the growing recognition of ice hockey talent from the region.
