Two minor siblings were charred to death after their house completely gutted under fire. This incident took place at Panjpeer Upper Belt of Bathindi in Jammu on Monday.
The deceased were identified as Istiyaq Ahmad (7) and Afaq Ahmad (5). The case has been registered.
