Kullu Woman and Child Welfare Department has filed a complaint against parents. They alleged for arranging the marriage of minor girl with 21-year-old boy.

As per reports, the department got a tip regarding wedding of 14-year-old girl with 21-year-old boy. After getting information, the team reached on the spot. The parents agreed to stop the marriage, but later they were escaped from the spot.
The case has been registered against the parents.
