Violence broke out in educational institutes on Thursday. Students protested against the killings in south Kashmir.

The violent clashes occurred at Degree College, Bemina, Amar Singh College, Srinagar, Government College for Women, MA Road, Degree College, Handwara, University of Kashmir and the Central University of Kashmir.
Eight students were injured in this violence and they were admitted to nearby hospital for treatment.
