Free Ration, Internet, Power Reforms: Cabinet Approved the Budget

New Delhi (The Stellar News), Cabinet meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the ministers on Wednesday. Important topics were discussed in this meeting. Central government has given approval to the Power Distribution scheme worth Rs.3.03 Lakh Crore. Apart from this government has also provided funds for Bharat Net Project.

Prakash Javedkar gave information about the meeting saying that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman prior to two days, prepared template of 6 lakh 28 crore for easing the covid-19 pandemic which got approval in today’s meeting. Citizens will get ration free of cost and funds were passed worth Rs. 80 crore, which was already announced earlier, Javedkar said.

Cabinet minister Prakash Javedkar said, the ministry has given approval for Bharat Net Project. This will help the technology to reach every village in India. Under PPP model 16 states got approval for net. Total amount for this project is 29,000 Crore and India’s share is about 19,000 Crore which will help to connect about 3 lakh villages with internet broadband. Government has taken important decision for electricity department for which funds have been approved for 3.03 lakh. For this state government has to provide plan to central government for which central government have to give the approval for the plan and after the approval they’ll be provided with funds.

Apart from this government is looking forward for automatic system. Cabinet minister R.k. Singh said, solar system will get strong with scheme. To provide 24 hours electricity, old HT-LT Lines will be changed. Along with that recharge system for poor citizens will also be introduced.
