Kargil (The Stellar News)Anayat Ali : In Ladakh, As a part of the Swatcch Ladakh Campaign under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, All India Radio Kargil also took a Cleanliness Drive at AIR Campus Baroo Kargil. The Campaign was led by Head of Office AIR Kargil in which all the staff and family members cooperated to make the AIR Campus Clean. The Campaign was supported by the Municipal Committee Kargil and the Team of MC Kargil also participated.

While talking on this Occasion, Head of Office AIR Kargil said that AIR Kargil is helping out in dissemination of Information about various events of the Swatcch Ladakh Campaign and has been also broadcasting various programmes for creating awareness among the Public about Swatcch Bharat Abhiyan. He further said that this cleanliness drive should not be confined to cleanliness only, but awareness should also be imparted through this campaign, and in this regard AIR Kargil Team at the front to make the public aware and informed about the Importance of Cleanliness. He thanked MC Kargil for extending its support in the cleanliness drive.
