CAPT WILL ANNOUNCE NEW PARTY, CAN GO FOR SEAT SHARE PACT WITH BJP

Punjab (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: In a bid to open an another front against the Punjab Congress in upcoming assembly elections in Punjab next year, Former Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh is going to announce his new party. Last month, Congress high command in Delhi sought resignation of Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh, amid the internal rebellion of Party MLA’s under the umbrella of Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu.

After that there were speculations that Capt will join another party and when he met with Home Minister Amit Shah then it was suspected that Capt will join BJP but he at times rejected the media reports.

Today, Capt Amarinder Singh in a press conference cleared his state on many issues including making a new party. He said that, he will leave the congress party and will make his own party which he will declare soon. Capt added that, his party can also go with seat share pact with BJP and will fight on all 117 seats in Punjab.

When reporters asked him about the Aroosa Alam matter, he said all the leaders are raising the issue now, where were they when they were working in my cabinet”. He added that,” why they didn’t raised the issue in last 4.5yrs, they are just making issue now”.
