Patiala, (The Stellar News): Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), a unit of Indian Railways, has secured the prestigious 2nd position in not one but two categories for “Outstanding Contribution in Energy Conservation.” The accolades were bestowed upon PLW during the “State Level Energy Conservation Awards 2023,” organized by the Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA).
PLW’s remarkable achievements in energy conservation were recognized in the categories of ‘Commercial Buildings’ for the PLW Hospital and ‘Manufacturing Industries (Large Scale)’ for the PLW workshop. This dual triumph underscores the commitment and excellence displayed by the dedicated team at Patiala Locomotive Works.
