Kargil (The Stellar News): Amid to harsh winter and bond chilling cold Temperature, Jamiat Ullama Isna Ashria Kargil in collaboration with World Federation AID launched blanket distribution campaign for the families affected by the cold weather.
More than 100 blankets were distributed today on Sunday at the premises of Hawza ilmiya Isna Asharia Kargil. The survey team Khadiman e Ahlebait. a.s have already identified the needy people across Ladakh after a rigorous on spot survey done at different villages of Kargil.
Meanwhile speaking to the blanket launching ceremony, president Jamiat ul Ulama Isna Asharia Kargil Sheikh Nazir Mehdi Mohammadi thanked world federation aid for the humanitarian work and for helping the needy people by providing blanket in the harsh winter. “We are thankful to the World Federation Aid for helping the people of this region which remains cut off for months with the world”.
“We hope they will continue to help us in future also so that plights of the people could be minimized” he added. It is also pertinent to mention that Jamiat ul Ulama Isna Asharia Kargil is likely to distribute these blankets across Ladakh in coming days. World Federation AID has donated around 2000 Blankets for the needy people of Kargil Ladakh to be distributed by AJUIAK Ladakh in Phase Manner.
