Hoshiarpur, February 3: (The Stellar News): As many as eight observers have been appointed by Election Commission of India to keep an eye over electoral process in Hoshiarpur district. This includes four General Observers, one Police Observer and an Expense Observers, who have reached Hoshiarpur.
Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Apneet Riyat informed that 4 General Observer Naveen Kumar for Vidhan Sabha Constituencies Urmar and Sham Chaurasi, Amarnath R. Talwade for Assembly Constituency Mukerian and Dasuya, Prakash Bindu for Vidhan Sabha constituency Chabbewal and Garhshankar and Dr. Arvind Kumar Chaurasia has been posted for Assembly Constituency Hoshiarpur. The Police Observer Dr. B. Naveen Kumar will oversee all the Vidhan Sabha constituencies of the district.
The District Election Officer said that if anyone has any complaint related to the election, they can contact General Observer IAS Naveen Kumar on mobile number 76579-75323, Amarnath R. Talvade on mobile number 76579-75324, Prakash Bindu on Mobile number 76579-75325, Dr. Arvind Kumar Chaurasia on Mobile number 76579-75326 and Police Observer Dr. B. The General Observers are staying at PWD Rest house and police observer at forest rest house Bassi Jana. DEO said that that if anyone wants to meet the Observers personally regarding any election related problem, he can meet General Observer Naveen Kumar between 9 am to 10 am, Prakash Bindu between 10 AM to 11 AM, Dr. Arvind Kumar Chaurasia between 10 am to 11 am and Police Observer Dr. B. Naveen Kumar between 5 pm to 6 pm.
Riyait informed that the expenditure observer appointed for the assembly constituencies Mukerian, Dasuya and Urmar Bawan Lal Meena can be contacted at mobile number 89681- 32254, for Vidhan Sabha constituency Sham Churasi and Hoshiarpur expenditure observer Mukesh Thakwani can be called at mobile number 76579-75328 and for Vidhan Sabha constituencies Chabbewal and Garhshankar Ankit Somani can be contacted on mobile number 84271-32253.
