J&K/Rajouri (The Stellar News), Anil Bhardwaj: Jammu and Kashmir police in Rajouri have recovered a kidnapped girl and have also traced a missing lady during investigation of both the cases. Police said that a team headed by Incharge Police Post Khawas, PSI Showkat Iqbal during investigation of a missing case traced out the missing lady from an area. The lady has been handed over to her legal heirs after completion of necessary formalities with further legal proceedings in the matter are going on.
Similarly, this team headed by PSI Shokat Iqbal also recovered a kidnapped girl for which a case of kidnapping in FIR 14/2022 under sections 363, 109 IPC was registered in Budhal police station. Police said that during investigation, some leads were developed and kidnapped girl has been recovered from Lah village of Thanamandi in Rajouri district.
