Hoshiarpur (The Stellar News) Saksham Kalia: Punjab, known for its bravery and devotion towards the nation has failed to make into the list of tableaus to be presented in the Republic Day Parade in National Capital. The committee which is assigned to take decision over the selection or rejection of state and union territories tableau rejected Punjab state tableau this year.
Punjab’s tableau was making its presence in the Rajpath of National Capital from last five years. After this, a new controversy erupted as AAP and SAD in Punjab alleged the insult of Punjabis and martyrs by the central Government.
This erupted because committee didn’t public the reason behind the rejection of Punjab’s tableau, people of Punjab are also asking if they should have asked to do changes in the tableau.
As no one knows what’s the reason why the Punjab’s tableau is rejected by the committee, the issues is being politicised by the opposition parties and are targeting the central governments. There might not have any such thing or political pressure on the committee but everyone will think that central government has targeted Punjabis.
