The Stellar News: Prabhjot Kaur- Indian judiciary shocked, when four Senior Most Supreme Court Judges Justices Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, Madan Lokur and Kurian Joseph complaints against CJI (Chief Justice of India) Dipak Mishra, by concerning that certain orders are pass by court which are not good for the overall functioning of justice and they also worried that democracy will vanish if CJI not working well and many other issues.
After the Wednesday Press conference now four Supreme court’s rebel judges and CJI Dipak Mishra are ready for today’s lunch meeting. But today Justice Chelameswar is on a leave, as he is unwell.
There was also a 15 minutes meeting between CJI and four court judges on Tuesday in chief Justice’s chamber in order to discuss all the issues which are raised by the rebel judges. After this Tuesday meeting, today there is lunch meeting between CJI and four Judges. It can be estimated that after today’s lunch meeting all the conflicts and issues of four Supreme court judges will be resolved.
