Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) has organised an event on the occasion of International Women’s Day under the guidance of social worker Sanjeev Kumar. Several women related with educational field have been honored on this occasion including Prof. Kuldeep Kohli, former Principal Nisha Vig and Principal Lalita Arora. There has been a great cooperation of Social worker Ranjna Puri for organising the event.
On this occasion Sanjeev Kumar said that, we can never imagine life on earth without mother empowerment. He added, women represented their talents in every field.Now, this is time when everybody vanishes the gender difference and give the equal opportunity to girls to move ahead. Sanjeev Kumar said that small number of narrow minded people discarded from the mainstream of social life. So, always give equal opportunities to both genders and respect mother empowerment.
On this occasion, district secretary Jagmeet Singh Sethi told that the council also cooperated in the marriages of needed girls who suffered from financial problems. He added women always fulfil men’s life with happiness as a mother, sister and daughter. He said that today world touches the height of success due to sacrificing spirit of women’s.
Senior Vice President Rajinder Modgil, Davinder Arora, Tarsem Modgil, Pawan Arora, N.K Gupta, Shyam Narula, Kulwant Singh Pasricha, Ranjna Puri, Varnderjit Singh and Kiran Arora were also present on this occasion.
