A very miserable incident found in Teen Colony, Sector 52, Chandigarh, where a fetus found in a drain. Municipal corporation staff found the fetus when they were cleaning the closed sewerage system of the Teen colony of Sector-52 of Chandigarh.
They informed to the police. The case has been registered and the investigation is on.
