Patwari dismissed for forging the signatures of his seniors in 61 cases in Barnala. Among these cases 60 are of mutation certificates.

This incident took place after an enquiry of the matter. DC GyanShyam Thori informed that Sarpanches and residents of village and Rurra Khurd villages had filed a complaint on December 20, 2016 against Patwari, Parminder Singh. He was alleged for forging signatures of his seniors.
Enquiry revealed that Patwari did forged signatures. He was dismissed for forging records in revenue department.
