Gold Jewellery worth Rs. 1.05 Crore was stolen from a house of Businessman at Sector 42, Chandigarh on Tuesday.

This incident took place under mysterious circumstances, as family is clueless about the incident. Complainant, Rajinder Kumar Gupta, owner of sanitary shop in Sector 22 said that the jewellery belonged to his daughter-in-law. She was gone to Karnal on March 8 and returned back on April 8. Theft took place in that period of time. Three house servants are under suspicion.
The case has been registered and investigation is on.
