J&K/Rajouri(The Stellar News),Anil Bhardwaj: The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Rajesh K Shavan chaired an interaction meeting with media fraternity of Rajouri with an aim to discuss variety of issues of public importance. Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sher Singh, Superintendent Engineer Jal Shakti department, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Planning Officer Rajouri, District Information Officer Narinder Raina, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti department Mushtaq Hussain, Deputy SP Headquarter Vinod Sharma, Chairman of Municipal Council Rajouri Mohammad Arif, Executive Officer of Municipal Council Rajouri, and media fraternity from Rajouri was present in the meeting.
In the start, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Rajesh K Shavan informed that series of steps have been taken to improve work culture in Governement departments and also to bring remarkable change in various sectors. He also said that series of new decisions are in offing with an aim to improve public services delivery system. Deputy Commissioner further said that a mega cultural event will be organised on March 27 in Rajouri to show case culture of Rajouri and to facilitate inter-district cultural exchange. He further said that journalists are real ambassadors of society in all aspects who act as bridge between administration and society. Media fraternity members also put forth a series of suggestions of public importance with Deputy Commissioner assured to take all these on priority.
