J&K/Doda (The Stellar News)Anil Bhardwaj: Deputy Inspector General of Police, Doda Kishtwar Ramban range, Dr. Sunil Gupta, IPS on Wednesday visited District Police Office (DPO) Doda and held casual inspection. He was welcomed by SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom at DPO Doda where he was offered general salute in ceremonial manner. He inspected various units, sections of DPO and DPL Doda including Police Public School, Police Station Doda,Women Police Station Doda, Administrative Complex, Sports and Gym Complex, Mess Block, PCR (functioning of CCTVs) and also gave necessary directions on general to upkeep of items.
DIG DKR range had also checked the mess of jawans in PS Doda in order to review the quality of the food being served to the jawans. Later on, a brief meeting was held in the office chamber of SSP Doda in DPO which was attended by all gazetted officers and Other staff members of DPO Doda. DIG DKR range directed the participants to be proactive to avert any untoward incident. He also directed to review the law and order preparedness in every police station and directed supervisory officers to check their alertness. DIG DKR Range appreciated all the officers in maintaining peace and tranquillity in the area and also advised to be on high alert during the coming days.
