Punjab Government today ordered transfer of 20 IPS and PPS officers. According to new orders the current SSP of Hoshiarpur IPS S. Harcharan Singh Bhullar is replaced by J. Elanchezhian (IPS) . Elanchezhian was previously post as SSP Amritsar (Rural).
